The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for accessing cruise trips and exploring Bryggen. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops right outside the hotel entrance, its schedule displayed clearly in the lobby. Breakfast offered a very diverse selection. The staff were friendly.

I found the music from nearby establishments quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights.

The breakfast selection was vast! It included many options. I found the location central with ferry terminals within walking distance. Flybussen, the airport shuttle, stopped right at the doorstep. I found this very convenient. The staff were friendly. They provided a warm welcome.

I noticed that the minibar was empty. This was slightly disappointing.

I had a really good experience here! The location was super convenient. The breakfast buffet had so many tasty options. It definitely was really good.

The central air conditioning was not very effective, so the room felt warm. Adjusting the fan didn't help much, a little uncomfortable at times.

the staff demonstrated unhelpfulness after i lost my airpods in my room. i tracked their location, confirming they remained IN the room. the HOTEL provided little support, disappointing. i have received NO FURTHER CONTACT from them.

the location was alright, really handy for tourist sites.

One lift acted up, and the bathroom was tiny, i mean really tiny. there weren't many coffees available in the room. the door seemed determined not to close automatically. I always had to give it an extra push.
